This Senior Specialist position will take you to the world of production and manufacturing in Fazer Lifestyle Foods Non-dairy & Dairy markets. You will have a pivotal role in working together with the production organization to ensure a measurable effectiveness of our production activities and driving the Supply Chain financial planning and analysis for an optimized production set-up.
You will be responsible for financial reporting, analyses, and forecasting. You will actively contribute to performance management, guide annual planning, and be involved in production planning and forecasting. In addition, product costing of novelties and existing product portfolio as well as capex follow-up and investment business cases will be in your accountability. You will have an essential role in bringing ideas to improve cost control and raise potential cost reduction opportunities. Collaboration with colleagues in Koria factory, in Non-dairy & Dairy BU and in Finance community is vital to seize synergies, create quality solutions and common ways of working.
You will be a member of Fazer Lifestyle Foods Finance professionals and report to Senior Manager, Finance and Control, Non-dairy &Dairy BU and in matrix to Factory Director of Koria. Your position will be in Koria.

You have at least 3 years’ experience in production controlling or business controlling. Strategic thinking, analytical mindset and strong business orientation are needed to succeed in this role. Your approach is process-oriented and consistent, and you tolerate complexity and uncertainty well. You are known for your strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, you are a loyal co-worker and fair team player with strong business oriented mindset. Your professionalism is based on a Master’s degree with focus on finance. You communicate fluently in English and in Finnish.
