As Senior Specialist, Product Information and Product Lifecycle, (PLM), Applications, you work as a part of Fazer Confectionery Operations Product Information team providing high level system support for key users of R&D ICT solutions, coordinating data transmissions, developing and ensuring continuation of our R&D ICT system landscape.
In this versatile role, you will coordinate and participate in testing of new functionalities of R&D ICT solutions, produce operating instructions and provide training and guidance to the end users. You are responsible of testing and approving resolutions continuously advance our PLM processes. You will be leading or participating in deployment projects and act as a point of contact for troubleshooting.
Position is permanent and located in our Confectionery factory Vantaa unit.

In order to succeed in this role, we expect you to have relevant education in a technology based field (i.e. Computer Science, Information Systems, Automation), excellent knowledge in industrial ICT solutions, information analytics and computer hardware/software systems (SAP & GS1 is an advantage) and knowledge in Product Data system integrations and data governance. We consider as an advantage, if you already have experience of food and beverage industry.
You have knowledge in project management practices and technical, analytical and process-oriented approach to solving problems. You tolerate complexity and uncertainty well and make decisions based on facts, pay attention to details and have the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. We value excellent negotiation and communication skills. You communicate fluently both in English and in Finnish.
