As a Senior Specialist, Product Development, Fruit & Snacking you will play a vital role in ensuring the future success of Froosh by developing a winning product portfolio based on the long-term brand strategy. You will be responsible for driving product development work from brief to production, working closely with colleagues from different functions as well as with external partners and contract manufacturers.
In addition to technical skills, you will bring a creative and innovative mindset to the team. You will closely follow trends and development in the industry and you are full of ideas for new products and flavours. It goes without saying that you’ll always strive for the best results, aiming to secure commercial success of the Froosh portfolio.
In addition to working with the Froosh portfolio you will support other product development projects within Fazer Lifetyle Foods.
In this role you will report to Senior Category & Brand Manager, Fruit. You will be located in Vantaa and be ready to travel regularly.

Your most important assets are project management skills, passion for product development and knowledge of innovation methods. You have solid experience from innovation and product development work in the food & beverage industry and have previously worked with contract manufacturing of products. Understanding of supply chain constraints and implications, as well as experience of sensory evaluation and consumer testing are required in this position. Innovativeness and ability to find new ideas and differentiated new products are, of course, the key in this role. In order to succeed you also need good communication and influencing skills. Furthermore, you hold a degree in Food Science or Technology or similar and communicate fluently in English.
