We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional with a strong knowledge of different packaging technologies, solutions and materials to support our journey in creating new taste sensations.
As a R&D Senior Specialist, Packaging Engineering, you will
create and deliver new packaging solutions according to the consumer & customer needs
responsible for packaging development and solutions for novelty confectionery products
work closely in strategic packaging development planning with Marketing and other functions
support Product Lifecycle Management and development for existing products packaging solutions
You are familiar with the latest trends in packaging solutions, regulations and have experience in implementing these into the final products. You strive for the best results. Securing the quality and success of your area of responsibility are your top priorities.
You will be located in Vantaa.

The most important assets to succeed in this role are passion for packaging development and knowledge of packaging applications and solutions. Understanding of supply chain constraints and implications, as well as knowledge of food & beverage industry is required.
An innovation skill to find new ideas and differentiated new products is important for a successful product developer. In order to succeed, you also need good communication and influencing skills. You have at least 2 years' experience and proven track record from product or packaging development in food industry and Master’s degree in Food Science/Engineering or other applicable education. You communicate fluently in Finnish and English.
