HR Partner

We are now looking for HR Partner to Fazer Confectionery to provide HR support for managers primarily in Fazer Confectionery sales, marketing, product development and finance units.

As HR Partner, your main responsibility is to

• Support implementing HR and people processes, for example, talent, development discussions, 1+1 discussions, employee survey, bonus payment, merit, etc.
• Spar with managers and solve sometimes challenging employment or people matters or HR guidelines, processes, practices or systems related questions
• Provide recruitment and resourcing support for managers: from needs analysis to solutions, supporting in seasonal recruitments if relevant
• Ensuring high quality onboarding processes with managers
• Supporting in organization design, team or role changes, business transformation or strategic projects that have people effects including running change negotiations if relevant
• Local collaboration with personnel representatives and consulting with labour law specialists when necessary
• Training managers in people topics and enabling our talents development opportunities
• Efficient use of (Workday) HR system

You will report to VP, HR Fazer Confectionery and you will be located in Vaarala, Vantaa. The position is permanent.

What you'll bring to the team?

You are skilled at HR and people processes, practices and systems and gained some experience in generalist HR and/or specialist HR positions (min. 3 - 5 years). You are able to handle difficult situations, solve problems and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. You easily adapt to change and have flexible mindset and readiness to do extra mile sometimes. You are good with numbers, detail oriented and used to excel and other basic MS office tools. You are interested in people and skilled also in people development. You have great can-do and hands-on service attitude and you communicate fluently both in Finnish and English.
