As a Project Manager, you have the management and leadership responsibility for successful execution of assigned renewal projects. You will lead the factory investment projects throughout their all activities in the project life cycle - managing project budget, tracking deliverables, as well as monitoring and reporting on progress to stakeholders. In order to achieve the best results, you understand the meaning of Fazer’s strategy and role of other functions of the factory for your project. You have the responsibility to point out critical decision points and propose solutions to issues. You will also consult on factory’s long-term planning and new product projects.
Your position is located in Lappeenranta and you will report to Investment Manager.

In order to succeed in this role, you already have experience in technical investment projects, such as facility expansion, and good knowledge of production/industrial processes. Your proficiency is based on a degree in technical field, engineering, or higher level and you are willing to learn and develop your skills further. We appreciate an emphasis on project management.
Excellent project management and change management skills, combined with analytical approach and strategic capabilities are assets in this position. Your strengths include high tolerance for ambiguity, and you demonstrate initiative and tenacity completing tasks. You are ambitious and responsible, with a good drive and strong organizational and managerial skills. You have good written and spoken communication skills in Finnish and English.
