In your role as Manager, Analytics and Development, Group Procurement your main role is support our procurement and different businesses with analyses, figures and facts using both internal and external data. Within your responsibility area, you will further develop procurement processes, analysing methods and reporting and act as superuser for agreed Group Procurement tools. In addition your daily work consist of project work and different type of development activities.
You will be a member of Fazer Procurement community and report to Director, Business Development, Group Procurement. Your location is Vaarala, Vantaa . We work in a hybrid mode, while meeting colleagues on a weekly basis in the office.

We expect you to have excellent IT skills, eg. MS Office Tools, specially Excel, Power BI, databases. Your approach is analytical, proactive, efficient and systematic, and you are eager to learn and to actively develop yourself. You enjoy working in a high-paced environment and you are known for your positive interaction and co-operation skills. Independency, creative problem-solving skills and forward-looking mindset combined with ability to see the “big picture” helps you to achieve results. Additionally if you have some familiarity or interest in procurement processes and best practices, it helps you to contribute faster to our strategic goals and continuous improvement. You communicate fluently in English, and your professionalism is based on a Degree in Economics or Engineering.
